Looking for a Temp Dental Assistant, September 7 to September 22

Responsibilities include:

• Greet and dismiss patients when they arrive and leave the office
• Take patient’s temperature, photo, and blood pressure
• Maintain patients visitor log
• Assist patients in filling out required intake and dental forms
• Prepare, maintain and file patient charts/folders before and after appointments.
• Pull Charts/check medical history update/ HIPPA form/insurance verified
• Scan IDs and Rx
• Print route slips and schedules
• Answer phone calls and assist patients and/or take messages
• Following up with patients to confirm or reschedule appointments and do recalls (via phone calls, text messages and email)
• Manage social media: Create posts on Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Google, etc
• Manage and organize specialist referrals
• Receive and deliver external laboratory works
• Take and process payments when needed
• Keep track of office supplies and manage new-patient-forms inventory
• Pickup, sort and organize mail correspondence
• Ensure reception area is maintained and professional in appearance
• Take out office trash
• Other administartive tasks
